I have only one word to describe last night's show - SQUEE! LOL Had to get that out of my system!

I got my 3rd wish fulfilled - he did Who's Been Sleeping in My Bed last night - an awesome performance! The crowd was in a frenzy. He skipped the first half of the Mayflower medley, starting with They Dance. When he did that, I figured something special was coming and I was hoping! I was almost jumping up and down with excitement when I heard the first few bars of the song start up. (Hey, I said "almost" - I'm too reserved to actually do it - but in my mind I was going as nuts as everyone else!) He was wearing that black leather shirt-jacket that I love so much. Wow - that's all I can say is wow! After he finished the song and the audience calmed down a little, he turned to his band and said, "I'm still a sex god!"

Besides Who's Been Sleeping, the most fantastic performance of the night was Unchained Melody - that was another *WOW* - so much so, that I actually said it when he finished. When he was still on the left side of the stage, as he came to the words "Godspeed your love to me", he clasped his hands together and looked skyward - it was almost like a prayer - very poignant, very emotional. His finish for the song was the most passionate I've ever seen - in fact, I'm not sure it wasn't the most passionate of *any* performance I've seen him do. Normally I wait to see if anyone else is going to give a standing ovation before I'll stand - not this time - he deserved this one.

He performed Lay Me Down on the Dew Drop side - this was the first time I'd ever noticed the keyboards sounding like an organ during that song - it was really beautiful. Before he did the song, he asked if there were any requests. A lot of people yelled out, but they couldn't be understood. He said, "All I can hear is blah-blah-blah - so I'll do what *I* want to do."

The folks on the Rock Bottom side were live wires - and that's an understatement. During Daybreak they all screamed out, enough to make him stop mid-song and change the lyrics to "screams". It was funny.

Likewise, they went crazy during Not What You See. He ended up not even doing the dance. They went so wild when he started the song that he acted like he was afraid to go over there (he was joking, though) - he shook almost everyone's hands. One lady wouldn't let go of him.

After he did Who's Been Sleeping, he said he had to sit down. He started talking about his band and said "They're hot ****!" Another funny moment.

The funniest moment was during Hot Stuff. As he was standing over to the side pretending to try to get Keely's attention as she sings, he got very animated this time - he was actually jumping up and down, waving his arms wildly. It was hilarious, and even made his backups laugh. I wasn't sure Keely would even be able to finish the song.

Well, I couldn't possibly wish for anything else tonight - oh, ok - I *could* - but he's already made it a very special weekend. Whatever we get tonight will be icing on the cake!
