If you're planning on a trip to Las Vegas, make sure you buy a ticket for this show. You won't be disappointed. Everytime I attend I encounter people who walk in the door expecting to see Barry just sit at a piano and perform ballads all night. They're totally blown away by what they see. Ultimate Manilow shows just how versatile Barry Manilow is. There are as many upbeat numbers as ballads. It's impossible to stay in your chair for the entire show. He starts the show on a high note, and ends on an even higher note. Plus, he has the best band and backup singers in the world. It doesn't matter if you're already a Barry Manilow fan or not when you walk in the door - by the time Ultimate Manilow is over, you'll be a fan.
